I’m Andrea - I started in performance marketing at HelloFresh in 2014, back when calculating LTV:CAC ratios and testing retention strategies was still relatively new. That experience taught me how to build marketing systems that actually work—and I've spent the last decade applying those lessons across startups and growth-stage companies.

Here's what I've observed: most founders know their product works. The customer feedback is strong, retention is solid, word-of-mouth is happening.
